News and report of sightings and trips will be regularly uploaded onto this webpage, including information on what birds are around and what we might expect to see at any given time of the year in any given location. Note all trip counts and species lists are submitted in survey form online to Eremaea Birds, a database of surveys/ sightings from around
Australia. Observations of rare or threatened bird species are reported to Birdata, which is the ongoing Atlas of Australian Birds project, and also the Threatened Bird Network.
